Org Chart

Overall responsibility for the Trust lies with the appointed directors who form the Trust Strategic Board. Their key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the strategic direction of the Trust
  • Guarding the Vision
  • Ensuring financial sustainability
  • Senior appointments

Each school within the Trust is overseen by a Local Governing Body. Key responsibilities include:

  • Standards and Progress
  • Teaching & Learning
  • Safeguarding
  • Health, Safety and Premises
  • Senior staff appoinments
  • Delegated budgets (where the school is judged as good or better by Ofsted)
  • Contributing to the wider educational success of the Trust
  • Sharing/developing governance 'best practise'

The Trust has an appointed Executive Head Teacher/Chief Executive. Responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling DfE requirements to ensure efficient, compliant management of the Trust
  • Securing strategies, ensuring the highest possible educational standards in all the Trust's schools
  • Facilitating school to school consistency whilst encouraging individual identity

The Executive Leadership Group includes the Executive Head Teacher, Headteachers and Head of School. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and sharing best practice
  • Curriculum innovation and development
  • Shared professional development opportunities - including school to school support
  • Developing new strategies
  • Benchmarking standards
